This method is quite convenient
in that you can send money to anyone with an email address. Simply open
an account at www.paypal.com (if you don't already have one). When you've
logged in, click the Send Money button. Then enter my email address and the amount you need to send. |

Customers within the EU may transfer
Euro funds to our Citibank account in Germany. Contact us for the account
information. |

| postal money order |
Money orders cost only $0.90
and can be purchased with cash, debit card or traveler's check from any
post office in the United States as well as from any rural route carrier.
Simply fill in the necessary information and send to the address below. |

In all cases, once your payment has cleared, your jewelry will be shipped.
Naturally, personal checks will take longer to be cleared than money orders,
while paypal is the fastest method.
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority
mail, which usually takes 2 days. For international orders, I use the
airmail service of the Deutsche Post. I use lined envelopes to keep shipping
costs and paper waste low. Insurance is only available for packages and
is extremely expensive, so I do not consider it an option. I am not liable
for lost or damaged packages.

In the event that you receive the wrong piece
or the high quality jewelry simply does not meet your expectations, inform
me promptly and send it back within 14 days for a refund.

Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
